Exercising Log - 6pm

same as yesterday, Ring Fit Adventure! Man; thinking about my original difficulty and now is kinda crazy~ I have improved, huh?!

Thinking about yesterday again. The feelings I had yesterday are still lingering a little bit, but it's mostly because I doubt my capacities more than I believe the things I said.

I'm feeling super motivated now, because I decided to actually go online and look up guides for figure drawing, and it made me realize just--- how little I learned through the past year of figure drawing in class.

You see, at school (at least the one I'm in right now); our teacher kinda forgot to teach us the theory, which I don't quite blame him for. When you're good at a thing, it's tough to remember the mistakes you made or how you viewed your subject.

Since your eye is trained better now, you don't see it similarly as a beginner. And that's where only teaching by making your students practice live is terrible, because the theory of how to draw things is important.

He did teach us how to draw certain shapes and all, but it was always quick and never quite as detailed as the videos I found online, which means I actually learned more in those 30 minutes of research + practice than in an entire year of figure drawing.

Learning about these shapes in more details and trying them out, realizing I now have a good base to draw the entire body is absolutely game changing. I spent the last 2 days focusing on the head and trying out different styles, found something I quite enjoy (but still am not sure of how I'm going to color it digitally...!! Painting digitally is hard...) so I'll try and make something again.

I was quite excited about this because, since I trained a bit of face angles i feel like I can actually start trying out 2D Animation....! So I might try!

Sorry for yesterday's entire spiral of doom... After a while, I came to the conclusion that sleeping well is absolutely necessary to that feeling of happiness, because I stopped following a regular sleeping schedule quite recently and I'm guessing working out does not solve everything. (Even if, when I'm working out I'm feeling super happy!! Still looking at my body~ I'm going to become like ZEN i swear lol never let me get abs i wont stop posting about them lolol)

Okay, I'm taking the evening to myself and either drawing or playing games if friends are around. I need to rest before going back to school! Can't wait to learn about 3D!!! gahh!r!!
